All companies are software companies. And yet today, very few companies have established the mature processes that lead to Business Agility. Brian is a software management executive who is passionate and knowledgeable about both technology and business strategy. As a software manager for over 20 years in VP of Engineering, CTO and Director roles, Brian has hired hundreds of employees and managed very large teams of teams that have built a variety of software products including enterprise software, SaaS, consumer and B2B web, mobile, big data and cloud.

Most recently, Brian has led a series of agile transformations, where he has used his knowledge and experience working with software and teams to focus more on process and strategy at scale. Brian believes adamantly that the agile mindset, along with its principles and behaviors are critical to any business succeeding along their path to business agility.
