About
Enterprise agile coach, professor, author, and builder of things on the internet.
My path to agility was forged in the trenches: software engineer, then CTO of internet startups including Digg, then leading large-scale agile transformations at some of the country's largest financial institutions.
Today I lead the team of coaches in Huntington's Transformation Management Office. I'm the author of The Practical Agilist Guidebook and Assembled. Aligned. Adaptive., and an Adjunct Professor teaching Agile at Columbus State Community College.
I'm also a word nerd, passionate about traveling, a competitive Scrabble player, juggler, obsessed with dystopian science fiction, and keeper of at least 1,000 Star Wars and Star Trek figures and rare collectibles.
